Day 34 - Just a run around the neighborhood

Day 34

Today was the first time I've run around my neighborhood since starting my 1.25 miles everyday. I honestly started out sooooo fast, but I knew that I did and I still continued to do the same. I really think I need to start running slower, then picking the pace up as I go along. I love to sprint to the finish at the very end, but today I found myself struggling to the finish of the run. It was definitely a beautiful day outside to run, which is why I really think I went out so strong. I was just feeling great, and then all the sudden, that feeling went down in flames. But for the most part, I was happy with how today's run went, I decided to wait until the afternoon to run just so I could get a couple extra minutes of sleep this morning before church.

Verse of the Day: Mark 6:49-51, "When they saw Him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out; for they all saw Him and were terrified. Immediately He spoke with them and said, 'Have courage! It is I. Don't be afraid.'" Then He got into the boat with them, and the wind ceased. They were completely astounded..."

Today's run started quickly and ended slowly. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, so it may be a wet one on Day 35! You'll have to check in tomorrow to find out!
