Day 37 - Run Like the Wind Bullseye

Good morning everyone, if you are clicking this link you want to know how today's run went. Well it actually went pretty well. Woke up at 5:50 to get ready and was out on the road by 6:05ish. As much as I'm not "enjoying" the whole part about running, I do enjoy the fact that I can get up and do it. I sometimes complain about having to run and my body sometimes being sore, but at the end of the day I've chosen to take on this challenge and I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon. There are people around me who have been inspired to run since I started running, and I can honestly say I am humbled by the response I've gotten. Never in a million years would I ever think that I could inspire someone to run. I remember back in 8th grade when I was on the middle school track team (shot put), I asked my track coach, Mr. Nieter if I could run the 800m and he said yes. That's not where my "love" for running started, I do remember running some races with my dad when I was a kid, I had these bright red shoes and apparently I actually won some of those races back in the day. But anyway, I may not enjoy running, but I do enjoy hearing other people who have started since. I know it's hard to get into a routine, I know it sucks to run, but wake up, run, and I promise you'll feel a lot better about yourself then if you didn't.

What did I listen to?  Disney Radio on Pandora

Verse of the Day: Mark 9:40-41, "'For whoever is not against us is for us. And whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because of My name, since you belong to the Messiah _ I assure you: He will never lose his reward.'"

Thanks again for checking in today, if you want to donate to my new running shoe fund or subscribe to the blog on a daily basis, you can do so on the right side of you screen. Thanks everyone and let's do it again tomorrow!
