Day 45 - Foggy Sky, Run Wild

Always fun to be able to go for a run with someone, and try and keep up with them or at least stay at a decent pace. I was able to wake up this morning and run with my sister and it was a very good run. I wasn't sure at first how it was going to go, since I know how good of a runner she is, and how not good of a runner I am. But for the most part it was a good run, she just wanted something to get up and get moving in the morning and so I think I was a good pace setter for her this morning. Started the run pretty smoothly and it was extremely foggy outside, it was almost hard to see the next street I wanted to turn on, but it wasn't as humid as it was a few days ago, and not a bad day/morning to finish my final 1.25 mile run. Tomorrow we kick things up just slightly, and increase another quarter of a mile. For the next 15 days we run 1.5 miles. Excited about increasing the distance, but nervous that it's a completely different animal!

What did I listen to today? Thunderstruck Radio

Verse of the day: Luke 1:35, "The angel replied to her: The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the holy One to be born will be called the Son of God."

Today felt very good, and its crazy that I've been running for 45 straight days, and ready for Day 46! Thanks for checking in and we'll do it again tomorrow!
