Day 49 - Buckle Up!

I've gotten a lot of response from my post yesterday and like I mentioned, it wasn't the easiest post to write. Just because it's hard for me to stop doing something consecutively when I've been doing it for almost 7 weeks straight. But it's not like I'm giving up, I'm just going to help my body help itself and rest from time to time. I've got an incredibly busy schedule coming up over the next couple of months and I think my body is going to thank me for resting from time to time. Anyway, I went out and did the same loop I did on Saturday evening, my leg is still continuing to hurt; but not bad enough that I can't run and at least get out there and run. It was also a much different terrain; as I ran around the timeshare I was staying at the past couple days. A lot more hills and rougher road than I'm used to that I could definitely tell the big different. I love trying to new courses and I love trying to change things up with things that may make me uncomfortable. Today's run wasn't the easiest but it's done and I'm happy for that. I'll have a total distance run, at the end of every week. So you can follow along and so I can also!

So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them; they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink."

Thank you all for continuing to support me and follow me on this journey. I've learned that it's okay not to be afraid to run often. It's helped me turn my health around and I'm very thankful for that. Vacation is over, these next couple months are going to be hard work! And I'm ready, buckle up!
